Customized Orders - Terms & Conditions

Customers' are responsible for effectively communicating the requested adjustments in product details' section provided for each product 'add details' and to WhatsApp us the same on 03093103030. This is to ensure that we have received the requested changes effectively.
Requests for changes will not reduce the rates, they may in fact be increase the price and that will be communicated accordingly as well. Incase the payment for the requested additional changes hasn't been made, we are not responsible for the requested changes.

Size or color adjustments done to designs upon requests by customers to existing designs at Living Therapy Co's designs are customers' own responsibility in terms of :

- Any impact the adjustment has on the overall functionality of the furniture piece
- Any damage to the piece later on in the usage due to the adjustment
- Any space or other constraints arising as a consequence of the adjustments

For any repairs, adjustments to fix the issues as a result of requested changes the customers will be charged both visit charges and any additional repair labor charge.
Customizations are subject to market availability of the materials. We try our best to arrange them but a restricted by market availability.
