For Karachi & Lahore our standard delivery charges apply, for other locations different delivery charges may apply. Current delivery time 6-8 weeks


Exchange & Refund Policy

Products within our direct service areas are covered under this policy, any issue with any product outside our direct service area namely i.e Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, will not be catered for any issue except the problem resolution LT suggests for the issue out of goodwill. Out of direct service areas orders are customers' own responsibility for any problem with the product after accepting the product delivery.

Please Note: Customizations in any order - both LT's designs or customers' personal design - shall not be accommodated for any return or exchange. Incase there is any issue with product we will provide a resolution. 

Exchange Policy

If the delivered product received, was not as described on website or in damaged condition, then it must be intimated with us on WhatsApp at 0309-3103030.

This is applicable when:

  • Reported within 24 hours from the time of shipment receiving.
  • A proof is provided in the form of unpacking videos / images of the reported product. Please note that if the ordered product is not available, then other options will be provided to select from.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition and original packing.

* Refund is not applicable.

 

Refund Policy

  • No return / refund will be applicable, if you receive the same product as seen on website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).
  • Promotional & discounted products will not be refundable.

For Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad: The collection of the product shall be done by LT. Please keep the packaging material to propose the return, until otherwise communicated by LT.

For other cities: Customers are responsible for arranging returns. Please note any damage during the transit is not covered.

In case the scheduled return is not completed due to unavailability of the product at the time or due to unavailability to a personnel to handover the product the return shall not be attempted thereafter.

Delivery charges are non-refundable in any case.

Refund is inapplicable incase of return; product issue raised by the customer shall be fixed and returned to the customer, unless LT deemed decision is otherwise.

Please note that you must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Also, check Care & Warranty Guide.

 

Order Cancellations:
Incase of an order cancellation by the customer there will be 75% refund and no refund on the delivery charges, only in the casse where order was cancelled within 24 hrs of the order booking. Change of minds is not applicable in any circumstances and refund is upto our discretion.
For custom orders there will be no refunds.
Incase an order is cancelled the full order shall be cancelled and any particular item cannot be cancelled from the full order.
